/Speaking of comfort food... don't miss Chef Daniel Humm's NoMad Food Truck tonight with comfort food, skewed fancy.
The basic burger: Ground chicken with truffles, a dollop of black truffle mayonnaise, tart frisée salad, pickled onions — and shards of crispy chicken skin.
The Humm Dog: Hebrew National beef hot dog wrapped in bacon, topped with a Gruyère cheese sauce, black truffle mayonnaise, celery relish and pickled mustard seed.
